What kind of eye liner would help make my eyes pop more and how would i apply it to?

See i have nice bright blue eyes i wanna be able to make them pop more because it holds many mixtures of blue; light blue, dark blue, grey, even a bit of yellow green tint to it. When I look straight and some one stares at me from the side they see my eyes are like a pretty liquid green yellow.What kind of eye liner would help make my eyes pop more and how would i apply it to?
where a dark black liner on the bottom lid, but wear a bright or dark navy blue of the top. wearing colored on the bottom looks tacky and weird, haha. apple the black thinnly on the upper lid, and a little thicker on the lower lid, then apply the blue on your upper lids about halfway up between the crease if it lighter, and about a 4th of the way if its dark. i have blue eyes too, so this make its pop alot! :]What kind of eye liner would help make my eyes pop more and how would i apply it to?
I have the same kind of eyes! I like to wear navy blue, purple, green, white, silver, brown, usually just watever i like. If u want to apply it to the botton lash line, pull down gently on ur lash line and apply just below the wet, pink part (if that makes sense?) make sure u go from the corner right to the other or else it looks bad. Watever u do, don't wear black, or if u do, apply it lightly or it may look to harsh against ur skin tone and eye colour. Hope this helps!!

Wear white eyeliner it makes your eyes look alot bigger and brighter


put in on the bottom inside your eye and let it go on the lashes too it
they sound really pretty... U shouldn't ruin thm with makeup. But if you must... Brown eyeliner sounds like the way to go. U need a nice neutral color. This will give attention to the pretty color
You should use brown or blue eyeliner, or liquid liner really helps eyes pop.
