How do i apply eye liner?

I kno how, but where? (lower eye liner) when i put it on my eyes, i think im putting it on the line but ppl say io do it wrongHow do i apply eye liner?
i always put it on above my lashes at the bottom. but some people put it on underneath the lashes it all depends on what look you want to go for. and don listen to ppl lol they don kno wat they r talkin about there is differ ways to do itHow do i apply eye liner?
Just keep it as close to you natural lash line as possible.

DON'T put it inside the lash line... No matter what people say...


It makes your eyes look smaller and can cause infections ans runns easier.





Start on the outside corner of your eye and just continue on your lash line. Don't go past it. that will also run or rub off quickly and looks trashy. plus it makes your eyes look closer together.
Put your eyeliner (to enhance your lash line) under your lower lashes. You can use a white liner on the waterline (above your lashes) to make your eyes look bigger and brighter.
I put it top of my lower lash but i prefer a pencil or a brightly coloured powder for my liner :)
