Applying Eye Liner?

Where should I be applying eye liner to get the best affect in making my eyes look bigger?Applying Eye Liner?
on your bottom eye, DON'T apply the eyeliner on your tear duct. do it slightly under the eye. make the line slightly thinner as you move inwards, thicker on the outsides.





I wouldn't recommend putting a line on your upper lid, but if you do follow the same thick to thin pattern as below. for mascara, apply it ONLY to the ends of lashes - don't start at the roots.Applying Eye Liner?
Thick on the top. thin on the bottom =)
only on the top lid...
Use a very soft eyeliner pencil like Chanel or Avon's Glimmersticks and draw it as close to the lashes as possible. Then smudge it a bit so it doesn't look like a line. Just do the top lid and the outer corner of the bottom lashes.
