How do you apply eye liner???

Carefully apply it to the lash line.


For the top lid, as close as you can to the lash line. The point of eyeliner is to make your lashes appear thicker.


For the bottom, the line should start at the outside corner of your eye and end in the middle of your eye


Use light, feathery strokes, don't just try to draw a straight line

Just take the liner and apply it to RIGHT under your eyelashes below your eye. dont press hard and make a thick line otherwise it looks HORRIBLE!

i myself use a lot i put it around the eye then i go back and put it inside the eye lids so its black and then eye... no skin in between...

or some ppl apply it on top.above ur top lashes.but i dpnt recommend taht.some ppl mes it up and look really weird
