Applying eye liner?

ok so everytime i try to apply eyeliner like on the top it never looks right...is it the way i am applying it? or does it only look right on some eye lids?Applying eye liner?
Use a sharpened pencil for a thin line them tug at the corner of your eye a bit to keep it straight and even them apply liner to the base of the lashes and it should be just right.Applying eye liner?
well no it works on all eye lids what i do is, is close the eye i am gonna put it on and pull my eye to the side and glise it on easy and thin and slow
Well it depends on where you are putting it on.


Are you putting it right up to the lash line?


If not,thats your problem.


But if you are..then maybe try putting some one your lower lid..

it sorta has to do with both....


if you dont know how to actually apply it, then of course it would come out crooked or like messy.


but like it depends on your eyes 2..


some ppl only look good with the top or bottom....maybe even both


try applying it on the bottom and see how it works out!!
