Should i use liquid eye liner? should i apply in the inner rims or outter? which looks better?

i can't decide how to do my eye make up to look great- i'm only 17 so i don't want to use too much %26amp; none of my friends wear alot of eye make up- should i use liquid eye liner on the tops %26amp; should i wear it in the inner rims of my lashes or the outter? i have green eyes but i don't know what eye shadow- i used mauve because i read it brought out green but i didn't like it very much. i just don't know how to do my make up, if anyone can give me a step by step with tips i would love it %26amp; appreciate itShould i use liquid eye liner? should i apply in the inner rims or outter? which looks better?

Please don't put liquid eyeliner on your inner rims. Ouch! That cannot be good for your eye, plus it would burn. I put liquid eyeliner on my lid and under my eye, but I would recommend just putting it on top for now (until you get the hang of it). Use thin lines and then open your eye to see what it looks like. Add thickness if you want to. Just practice with the eyeliner before you shower.

If you put it on the outer eye corner your eyes will look bigger
no bottom lid

use a brown liner liquid or pencil


on the lid follow your lash line


on the bottom go under your lash line


the brown mascara


the brown wont be so harsh you can smudge the liner a bit too for a smokey eye

i think you should use jet black eye liner only on the bottom of your eyes in the inner rims of your eyelashes and stretch it out i cm outside the corner of your eye. then put brownish- goldish eyeshadow on your eyelids. then put a higher concentrated brown on the corner of the lids and smooth it out with the already color on the lids. :]
black liquid liner can look really good on girls. i just put a thin line on my top lids and it can look really cute without looking like you are wearing too much makeup. just DON'T put liquid liner on your bottom lids. girls who do that look like raccoons. here are some pics of good ways to use liquid liner if u want suggestions: :)

Use liquid eyeliner on your top lid. You can do a very thin line since you don't want to apply to much and just bring it out a little past the end of your lash line. It will look great. Try purple shades for your eyeshadow too. I hear it looks beautiful on green eyes.
