Please dont leave rude comments ThanxHow do you apply eye liner?
so if you have light eyes you can use brown liner and if you have dark eyes u can use black.

just apply it along the lash line on your top lid, and if u want to apply it on the bottom, start out just doing from the outer corner to about halfway along and dont do the line all the way across.

you can also smudge the liner on ur bottom lid so its not as strong looking

hope this helpsHow do you apply eye liner?
dont apply it on the under eye itself, put it on the actual wet under eye skin where your tear ducts are located, then it looks great yet not to bold Report Abuse

First of all, remember, practice makes perfect so it may take you a while to get the hang of it!

How you do eyeliner depends a lot on the shape of your eye and the look you are going for.

A nice, simple way to start out is by drawing a thin line from the center of your eye on the bottom toward the outside edge. If you want a less defined look, smudge the liner a bit with a q-tip or your finger. If you like it darker, you can go over your first line again.

Hope that helps!
Before applying eyeliner, here are some tips you should keep in mind:

1. Never apply eyeliner to the bottom lashline. Unless you want your eyes to look smaller and closed in, applying eyeliner on the bottom part of the eyes is not a good look.

2. Avoid black eyeliner. Black is too harsh of a color and can be overwhelming depending on your look. The best eyeliner color is a deep brown or taupe - its neutral enough to just enhance and bring defintion to your eyes.

3. Do not use liquid eyeliner . This should only be used for the experienced. It is the hardest and most challenging eyeliner to apply - especially for beginners.

Instructions for Applying Eyeliner:

Step 1: Tilt your head back slightly and relax the eyes.

Step 2: Bend your arm, holding the eyeliner firmly in your hand, and begin to line the eyes starting at the very inner corners. Use gentle, feathery strokes when applying the liner.

Step 3: As you draw the line in, focus on applying the eyeliner as close to your natural lashline as possible. Get the color into and right above the roots of your lashes. This willl give the appearance of a thicker and fuller lashline.

Step 4: When you reach the outer corner of your eye, thicken the line a bit. This will give the effect of elongated eyes.

Step 5: Next, get a q-tip and gentlky smudge in the line that you just drew. This will create a softer, natural look.

Step 6: Stand back from the mirror and evaluate.

**And there you have it - Perfectly Lined Eyes!
*~*I would buy a cheap eyeliner pencil (like wet n' wild; it's $0.99) and practice with that. The best way to get a sleek line is to start at the inner corner of your eye (work your way out to the outer corner of your eye), make it close to your lash line. Make the line slightly thicker as you get closer to the outer corner. HTH!! ;) *~*
your not the only one who is not into makeup......
