Question:applying eye liner?

i just want to know what the best way would be for applying eyeliner to get the smokey-eye dramatic look, and would black eyeliner look good with hazel eyes?Question:applying eye liner?
I would think so. I wear black eyeliner all of the time. My eyes are dark brown. Black goes with everything. It takes a lot of practice applying it though to get the perfect look. If you put too much on, it may look like someone punched you in the eye.Question:applying eye liner?
Yeah, just don't over do it, it might look tacky. Use the liner on the top and extend it to the corners of your eyes. Use a brown liner on bottom. Try using a shimmery gray, or a soft brown eyeshadow, a good tip if you are applying across the entire eye, use a gold or a light shimmery color just below your brow. mascara will set this look off perfectly.
get black andbrown and you put it under your eyelashes/ the small ones and smear it how you like!
You hold your eye and gently apply it.
Use an eye pencil that is fat - not thin and really sharp. Put a line along the lid, then use a tissue or Q-Tip to smudge it a little bit to get that smokey effect. With hazel eyes, I'd recommend a dark charcoal gray or brown, but black is good, too (not blue!)

I use powder eye shadow as eye liner and it makes a nice smudged look. I use the applicator on its side to make a line below my bottom eyelashes and on top of my top lashes.





I think that purple would look good with hazel eyes.
Use liquid/pen eyeliner and draw a thin line on the top (as close to your eyelashes as possible, you're not putting on black eyeshadow). Use black eyeshadow powder on the bottom would give you a smokey-eye effect.
Black eyeliner looks good on any color eye if it is applied correctly. For smokey eyes, here is my suggestion: Find a light color, preferrably light pink color and apply it to your upper lid, all the way to your brow line. Then apply your black eyeliner in a cat eye shape and then apply the darker shade in the shapes of %26lt; and %26gt; to the outer upper corner of your eyes. Do not apply the darker shade to your whole upper lid. For darker shades of shadow, get MAC's. For lighter shade, get Almay's.
yes black would look good with Hazel eyes.





Cover girl makes a soft tip eyeliner with a smudger on one end. This is the only eyeliner I use. It goes on like a crayon soft. So apply that and then dab the smudger into a charcoal colored shadow and smudge.





Or with any eyeliner apply the liner generously and then take a eyeshadow applicator or a brow pencil and smudge with eye shadow. You can go as dark or thick as you like.
Black eyeliner is neutral so it looks good on any color eyes, but for the smokey effect, I use a dark colored eyeshadow lightly under my eye (like liner) and I use a dark 2 tone for the top lid.
my daughter has beutiful big doll like hazel eyes the black was too dramatic so she wears a brown with a goldybrown highlighter and they are gorgeous you see her eyes b4 you see her
I think brown looks best on anyone because it gives a more natural look.





Apply the eyeliner to the out side of the lashes. Only line the outside half, top and bottom and smudge with a Q-tip.

To get the smoky look you want white or super light grey and a dark grey to black eye shadow and a good brush. If you want to use eye liner too apply it to the corners of your eyes only coming in a 1/4 of the way on top and bottom. use a small condensed brush to soften the lines. this look is about blending!!! go in circular motions!!!
I have blueish green eyes, and black is the best color, black goes with any color so it doesn't matter what color your eyes are, black will go really good
blue and black eye liners! works every time!
to get smokey eyes, use a liquid eyeliner. put it on the top and bottom and smudge wihile it is still wet. then, use a brown eye shadow on top and bottom, and lots of mascara; intense. black eyeliner will look great with hazel eyes. it really draws attention 2 them. good luck! i hope i helped u out!
