Can u apply liquid eye liner on the bottom of your eyes?

You can but if it's not done softly and smudge out it gives a very harsh look that isn't usually considered pretty, for character creation we'd normally call that the ';hooker'; look. You cannot apply it to the inner rim of the eye unless it's a waterproof because it will bleed into the eye. If you'd like to use a liquid eyeliner on the bottom of your eyes try dotting it where the bottom lashes meet the skin almost as if you are drawing onto those lashes and then take a slightly damp pointed q-tip to smudge the dots together. Also, this is a spot on your eyes where eyeliner tends to run so try and set it with a shadow that has a bit of pearl effect to it but is about the same color. If you don't have a matching shadow then pat a little pale shimmery eyeshadow over top of it to set it and bring light to the area.Can u apply liquid eye liner on the bottom of your eyes?
Sure you can but its not recommended unless you have a super steady hand. Liquid eye liner can be tricky and very messy.Can u apply liquid eye liner on the bottom of your eyes?

of course you can. just don't go to close to your eye ;) but i would say don't put any liner on the bottom of your eyes. just some on the top. it makes you look more fresh without any on the bottom. more open and young. that's my opinion. i hope it helps!
If you try to on the inside itll burn so bad! But like by your lashes is ok, i do it all the time!
Yes, most definitely. It makes a steady hand and a little practice.





Try using an eyeliner pencil for awhile so you can get used to the technique, then practice with the liquid liner until you can apply it flawlessly.

Yeah you can but I think it's very unattractive...it so dark and if you start to sweat or get water or something on your face...it will run down and look nasty. it's also hard to get off.
well first of all do u have contacts? if so i dont recommend using liquid eyeliner as it can really sting because i have contacts ys u can put eyeliner anywhere on your eye on the bottom on the top but not liquid if u have contacts. If not it takes a lot of practice because the pressure u apply and the liquid can get in your eyes can burn I reccomment the thin avon eyeliners they work amazing and your eyes look clean and sharp.

that would be difficult and messy. try a pencil. Guerlain makes a great pencil
It's possible, but very tricky. I would recommend a dry pencil. If you get one that matches your liquid liner shade, it won't be noticeable that you're wearing two different kinds.





Definitely don't put liquid liner on the inner rims of your eyes, it's too wet and will smear!

Yes but make sure you keep it just below your lash line. It can look kinda harsh if it's in black (very sixties) but nice in electric colours.
Yes, but since you don't really want a sharp line under your eyes (trust me, it just looks bad), it is better to go with a pencil so you can have a softer, smudgy line. Plus, having liquid liner under the eye leaves you open to some eye irritation, and smearing and running.
You can, but why would you want to, wearing eyeliner and mascara under your eyes is very aging in a bad way.
