There are new kits out that you can buy that have stencils, or you can free hand them. The biggest thing is that you don't want to apply it too heavy....start light to be sure that is how you want them to look then gently darken them to your liking. As for plucking....I personally don't because it can cause swelling and redness, I get razors that are especially for trimming you eye brows and you trim a little at a time starting at the bottom. Just remember that there is a general rule that your eyebrows should come in no further than the inside point of your eye and the same with the outside edge. How to apply eye brow liner ?and is plucking eye brow is a good idea to make ur eyes look stunning?
I prefer the brush and powder type of brow liner. It looks more natural and softer and doesn't look like you ';painted'; lines above your eyes.
Plucking is good for errant hairs. Remember to pluck hairs below the brow but not above it. Some guidelines:
Brow Start - Take a pencil and line it straight up and down at your nostril. Follow it up to your brow - that is where the brow should start.
Brow Peak - The brow should peak at the middle of your eye
Brown End - Take a pencil and line up your nostril and the outer edge of your eye. Follow it to your brow - that is where the brow should end.

I occasionally pluck my eyebrows to keep them looking clean and feminine. It's really your choice to pluck or wear eyebrow liner. I say, do it if you think you need it.
On your top lid next to your top lashes then smudge. Your eyebrows frame your face. I would get them professionally done the first time. Then you will have an idea where to pluck.
It is important to have good brows, because they make your eyes and makeup look better. Even if you don't wear makeup, good eyebrows will make your face look polished.

Just pluck the strays under your brow. However, you could always go get them professionally done, and maintain the upkeep yourself.
Always use an eyebrow pencil that is one shade lighter then your hair, to look natural.
If you are blonde or fair haired, use a taupe pencil or something one shade darker then your hair.
Use little strokes, as if you were drawing on little hairs. This will ensure the most natural look.
