How to apply eye liner?

I rarely put on makeup [maybe once a year] and I have never wore eye liner, only mascarra, eye shadow, and lip gloss. I was wondering, how do you apply eye liner? Thank you.How to apply eye liner?
well..the thing i find that looks best is when you apply eyeliner to the top and the bottom. Not just the bottom, it will make your eyes look smaller. Anyways all you do it trace along the top eyelid where you eyelashes are and there you go =) good luck!How to apply eye liner?
depends on how you wan tit if you want it a little dark and heavy to where you can totally see it the right below the eyelid.


if you ant it to be like a pres eyeliner to where it just makes your eyes pop then pull down the eyelid and right under your eye is where you put it and just keep going over it a couple times or until its as dark as you want it if i confused you then heres a tip
