How do you apply powder eye liner? Do you go from the inside out? Help! It always droops and I can't get it to look good... and how do you get mascara on thick? Do you apply to the bottoms? How do you apply eye liner?
For cake liner, I always wet my brush a little bit. Just dab it in some water and then dab it on a cloth to get the excess water off.
Then I personally start from the outside and go inward. Just make little dashes all the way along until you get all the way across. Be sure to be fluid with your motions, kind of as if you're painting it on.
For the mascara, just do one coat at a time, let it dry, then do another coat. Keep repeating until it gets as heavy as you want it. If you do it on the bottom, only do a very, very light coat. How do you apply eye liner?
Applying eyeliner, to get the look you want with it you need to practise preferably with a pencil eyeliner first. Also make sure your eyeliner pencil if thats what your using is sharpened else the line may not go right. Sharpen it then get a tissue and do a line on so its a tiny bit blunt, if its to sharp it will ruin delicate tissue on your eye.
On the top lid start from the outside depending on how you want it e.g with a flick or just a thin line. Do small lines stroking towards and around the top lid. Do this all the way to the corner.
On the bottom start on the inside corner if you start on the outside it scrunches up. So start right in the corner and pull down your bottom lid. Slowly rub on or do short strokes towards the outside. If you want it thicker or darker, go over it again.
Heres a video if you find it easier:

If you are trying to apply it with a retractable eyeliner, I would advise being very still. Since it guilds very smoothly it is easier to mess up. When i am applying it to the bottom I just simply pull the lower lid down and trace over the lash line. If you are using liquid, DO NOT use it on the bottom. For the top, pull the outside corner of your eye out a tad, then with a steady hand, draw a thin line from the corner to the corner.
