if you want it on ur eyelid on the bottom than you gentalley pull down the bottom eyelid and carefully put it on there. n if u want it under the eyelid you just go ride under the eyelid where the eyelashes start. just be careful not 2 poke urself in the eye. n ask your mom or friend or grandma if they wear eyeliner
