Can anyone plz tell how to apply an eye liner?

Top:


Take your middle finger of the opposite hand you're holding the eyeliner with, pull your eyelid skin up gently, and try to close your eyelid, this will make it easier to get closer to the lash line and it's not as noticable if you're shakey. be very careful going towards the inner part of your eye where the lashes stop; it's easy to tell if you're messy.





bottom:


lightly draw on a thin line of your eyeliner, not too too heavily. smudge. try to have it thinner as you go towards your inner eye so that it's not just a big, bold , strip of eyeliner.





apply a little eyeshadow with a small bristol brush to make it look feathery if you want.

well i usually but it on the bottom of my eye lid and on the bottom of my eye but you can put it on top to do you have a mom or friend that can show you its kind complicated to write you just put it on

- i can't do the top or use liquid eyeliner! i got it in my eye and the white bit turned Grey!! =P
sit by a table. Steady your hand on the table then close you lid some. If apply penicil start from the middle of the lipd and in sohrt strokes go outwrad from teh eye trying to stay as close to the lash lid as you can. Streaching the eye lid will only make things worse (expierenced). Then draw the other way.


Key to eyeliner, steady hand and short strokes.
