Eye liner that will stay put, but not to difficult to apply, or too expensive?

I'm a slave to my eyeliner. I really like that it goes on softly, doesn't pull on my eyelid too much. But it rubs off, or smears under my eye so easily.

Try Revlon Colorstay or Almay Long-Lasting eyeliner. Get them at drugstores like CVS, Wal-greens, Walmart, etc. Use some powder on your eyes to use as a base to help it stay put. And then you could use an eyeliner brush dipped in black eyeshadow to set it for extra staying power. These are SO creamy and do not smudge (on me at least. Everyone's eyes are different)

Try Sephora Brand eyeliners. Depending on the type they are $8-12 and are amazing. The pigmentation and staying power are surprising for the price. Try the Flashy Waterproof eyeliners!
Mac liquid liners are water proof and donn't EVER come off, if you want the smudgy look, just run over the line with a q-tip after you apply.
Yes, as the first person said, Sephora is GREAT! Try Makeup Forever brand, they have lots of eyeliners that come in many colors! They're waterproof, and they never smudge!
revlon colorstay is very good and lasts a long time and stays put well, and it's also waterline safe.
