What is the best way to apply eye liner?

Best way is to apply it at the top only, eye liner on top %26amp; bottem makes eyes look smaller.





Top: start from the inner corners %26amp; keep going until you reach the outer end. You'll probably have to redo the line until it gets to the thickness you want.





For a tail/ cat eye look, keep on extending the line past your outer corners up to 1/4 an inch. Make sure the line goes upwards, not perfectly straight.What is the best way to apply eye liner?

What i do when i put it on is that i put it on think ish on the bottom then on the top, i put it thin untill about the middle of my eye.
