What is the best way for a chinese person to apply eye-liner (smudged, lined etc)?

If smudged, how do you smudge it..what colour to use?..liquid or pencil?..where to apply it to..(top/bottom)..

A thin line on the top of the eye. Nothing under your eye. To make your eyes pop try a little bit of white/cream eyeliner on the bottom above your lash line. my mate katherine (whos chinese) applys liquid eyeliner on her top lids thinly...and then on the bottom of her eyes she applys a fine line of pencil eyeliner..(both black) and she also wears a hint of golden eyeshadow..she looks really nice and it brings out her eyes..
i would suggest smudged /. liquid eyeliner save it for night time. try MAC eyeliners pencil . trust me .

I think using a liquid eyeliner would work, also lined would suit the shape of your eye. I think if it were on the top of the eyelid, it would look great!!! :)
i think it would look better liquid, lined on top and stretch it to the side a little. hope i helped





i dont know why im answering this since i dont use eyeliner. my eyes look better without eye liner.
outline the upper lid with a light color and then use a dark color above the outlined lid to create a crease for the lid. Highlight the brow area with a light color again. Curl those long straight lashes to open the eye more. Be careful with the eyeliner on the bottom. Dark eyes look great with shades of blue. Brings out those beautiful brown eyes.

im chinese and have typical oriental eyes, and it was so hard for me to get the knack of appyling eyeliner, i use black liquid waterproof eyeliner on the top lid - i usually use a black normal eye pencil to draw a baseline and then c if the line looks gd as liquid is very messy if u dnt do it right. i then apply the liquid liner . i find usuing black on the bottom of my eye makes me like silly iteh rpanda eyeish or like a goth becos of my black hair so i use a coloured eye pencil like shimmery green or blue they bring ur eyes out more as my eyes r quite small o and if i have a very sharp black eyeliner i put it on top of my bottom eye on top of the colour just to bring my eyes out more. hope this helps. i find if i smudge it just looks panda eyed takes a lot of practice to get it rite.
