eyeliner on your waterline does make your eyes look smaller but your eyes will pop out and be noticed. I suggest applying black eyeliner around the eye. line the upper lid on the lash line and line the lower lid on the lash line then apply rimmel khol eyeliner in WHITE on your waterline to give you bigger eyes.Is it true that when you apply eye liner on your waterline, your eyes close up?
put white eyeliner on your waterline and your other eyeliner below your lashes...and make sure you curl your eyelashes thats vital...
putting black anywhere around your eye automatically makes your eyes look smaller, thats why you should put white on your waterline and black halfway on the top.
I use a pencil eyeliner to fill in my bottom lash line, not on my waterline. I personally find it gross and painful to put it there, haha.
