How should i apply mi eye liner?

i am not very good and i need tips. QUICK!How should i apply mi eye liner?
For me, I don't apply it all the way around my eye. It looks tacky and ghoulish.


I reccomend a very thin line of eyeliner below the eye, and thicker line on top. I only line the edge of my eye on top, though.

you actually could use a very narrow brush and smudge the eyeliner into your lash line. DO NOT pile it on. if you don't have a brush, dot the pencil in your lash line and smudge it in with a Q-tip. Try watching TLC's ';What Not To Wear';, Carmindy, the make-up artist teaches people how to apply natural looking make-up
If your doing it on the bottom of your eye. pull your top cheek bone down use your other hand and but your eye liner on be careful it will hurt if you poke yourself! But if you want to put it on the top. pull your eye lid skin to the side and put it on smoothly! lol this is the best way i can explain it!

i put on liner using black eyeshadow with a concealer brush on top and bottom, putting it on the bottom seems to make my eyes pop, but when you put it on the top only apply it to half the eye , make it look like its fading towards the inner part of the eye because it gives it a catlike effect.
well i use an eye liner pencil.not the twist kind.put the tip of the eye liner in the crease of your eye(the one closests to your nose) and move back and forth and it will put a really good line on your eye and just where you want it.and move back and forth more for a darker line. :]
dont put it on the bottom, it looks bad. and also, put the tip of your finger on the corner of your eye. with you finger still on your eye, pull away from your eye to flaten out your eyelid, and then apply.
