How do you apply eye liner on the bottom lid, so its long lasting?

i apply it before i go out.. and it looks fine... but soon as i get to my destination. its seems to have disappeared.. recommend any products if you think they're worth it. How do you apply eye liner on the bottom lid, so its long lasting?
First off, use waterproof eyeliner which will help it last the longest. Second, apply it only a qaurter of the way under (don't go to the inner corner). It'll make your eyes appear bigger, won't overshadow them and last longer. Try smudging it with an eyeshadow brush to make it look sexier.How do you apply eye liner on the bottom lid, so its long lasting?
to make it long lasting very quickly ( 1 second ) hold the eyeliner pencil above a lighter above the flame not in it!





this sofens the pencil so when you apply to your inner lid it sets and stays on about 5 times longer!





I do this everyday, when you first start try it out on your hand first, the only ting that can go wrong is melting the pencil too much and it hursts when you put it on

trust me:


if you use a cream liner on you water line and then set it with a matte black shadow, it will stay. i have CRAZY watery eyes and have tried everything. use the cream (not liquid) liner so that the shadow has something to stick to. theres a brand called HIP by loreal and its AMAZING. you can set it with pretty much any matte shadow with an angle brush after the liner gets somewhat drier. its sounds complicated,. but its not--just two steps.

Loreal HiP cream eyeliner, it costs around 10 bucks, comes with a eyeliner brush and it stays put. I love it. If you are good at using the liquid liner..I suggest the LA Colors liquid liner. I use this on my lid, and at the end of the day you just peel it off. I think it is waterproof as well. It's only $1 When using a pencil make sure it's sharpened and warmed up (u can just rub it on your hand a little, or use a lighter. and be sure to keep the caps on your liners.
You can put liquid eye liner on the bottom eyelashes but not close to your eye like on the skin then fill in the gap with pencil eyeliner the liquid should work as a barrier and make the eyeliner last longer. :)
put the eyeliner in between both eyelids and swipe across (gently) a couple of times. i swear by rimmel, it is the best eyeliner and it doesn't smudge leaving you looking like an emo.
ur using cheap eye liner. buy waterproof, in pencil. that should stay put. and keep it in your handbag to fix in the toilets if u need to when ur out, it dont take up that much space, does it love

You are probably using a low quality eye liner that's why is going out fast. Try good quality, waterproof eyeliner and you should be OK.

Use a liquid eyeliner, i find any cheap ones will do. And secondly apply the same colour eyeshadow over the top. it will stay on ten times longer!
Re-apply it.


or look for eyeliner that is smudgeproof/waterproof.
