I don't know how to apply eye-liner!!!?

I know...sounds pretty pathetic right? Every time I try to apply it, it ends up totally missing the mark and other stuff....Please help!!!!I don't know how to apply eye-liner!!!?

Don't worry about it, hun. It's easy if you do it right. For the bottom, grab your eye until you can see the line right before your eyelashes and put your eyeliner there like you were coloring something. For the top, close your eye and put it right where your eyelashes are.
just keep it really close to your eyelashes. and dont make it too terribly thick. otherwise it looks like you've been crying or something.
firrst of all, if you're just starting off, its better to use a pencil.. Concentrate only on that when you're applying and make sure you don't pause in between.. continually draw a neat line while supporting the skin with another hand..

ok start w. the lower


start at the corner and slowly work it to the end corner of ur bottom lash line


and slowly line it where the lashes starts. sometimes it tickles me but just keep doing it. ok then for the top u can put ur finger on ur eyelid and pull up and then line it under the lashline like that soft liquidy part well yah know not liquidy but smooth and then like back and forth into the lash line and do the whole top corner to corner

Use a pencil, it looks more natural. just apply it as closely as you can to the upper and lower lid.
