How do you properly apply eye liner?

I'm not trying to look gothic. I'm just trying to get a regular/medium layer.How do you properly apply eye liner?
pull your under eye lip down a bit, and draw away.How do you properly apply eye liner?
apply thin line just under lower lid lash. See if you love it. Try different ways until your desired effect is reached. Enjoy!
this a tough question because there are so many ways to apply it. you can get the eyeliner and put it on under you eye lid from the corner of your eye lid to the other side. you can also pull down on you eye(put your finger under you eye on the skin and pull down) and see how above you lower eye lashes there is like that small skinny strip of skin you can get the inner and run it across the inner skin of you eye. it cause a more natural look.

well i put it on top and bottom, so this is how i do it:


i put it on the top first, and i pull the side of my lid on the side of my eye, so its easier to put it on in a straight line.


then i do the same with the other eye at the top.





then, to do the bottom, i just swipe it along the bottom, and i put it at the little part inside and a little under, on the outside too.


it also looks better if the line at the bottom is a little thicker on the outside corner, it brings out your eyes more.


thats how i do it!

well what I do is I pull my lids sidewards in that way it is more easy for me to apply it and the line is straighter...
