How to properly apply eye-liner?

Ok, every time I try and put on eye liner, I either end up sticking the pencil in my eye or i'm too far away from my lash line, so it looks like a have a black eye! Oh, and is there any products you recommend? Thank you!How to properly apply eye-liner?

and they can explain it way better in a vid then us trying to explain in a sentance
i recommend you use l'oreal and like the other person said go on the water line. try to have a steady hand and you're not shaking so it looks like it's going all over the place
Just practise, practise, practise! seriously. for practise buy a cheap eyeliner. and liquid liners good for the top and pencil for the bottom. Make sure your penicil eyeliner is always sharp.
