How do you apply eye liner and eye shadow?

The best thing to do is to go to a make-up counter and ask an expert to show you. Do you not have any female relatives or friends who could help? How do you apply eye liner and eye shadow?
if you don't know that then you shouldn't be wearing it

i started wearing it by the age of 12

and i applied it good

i guess it was just a talent of mine

but look at pictures of eyeliner and try to re-create it when you're NOT getting ready for school because you might spend a bit of time on it

make sure you have some makeup-remover with you before you start! :]How do you apply eye liner and eye shadow?
you color the eye liner on your bottom eyelashes (ya know the line at the bottom of your eye) like a crayon..lol..then put you eyeshadow on your eyelids.
with a brush
first you put the eyeliner on top and bottom and then put the eye shadow on.
The best thing to do is start by putting on foundation on your entire face, including your eye lids. This gives a clear foundation for your eye shadow and allows your colors to show without having to hide the color of your eye lids. I have hazel eyes so I like a light color, pale pink, beige, or something like this on the entire eyelid from lashes to eyebrow. In the crease of my eyes I place a darker color (brown) starting on the side closest to my nose and continuing to the outer part of my eye. Then on my brow bone (bone at the top of the eye) I place a light color such as white or ivory. When I have completed this I like to go over my eye with a makeup sponge. This help to get the excess off and tends to blend in the colors. Then I put a dark eye liner on my top eye lid ( I like to smudge the eyeliner slightly, either with my finger or a q-tip). I like to put it there because it helps to make my eye lashes look thicker. That's really helpful if you have long ones but not thick like me.
1.Eyeshadow:

Application Technique:

The following steps are followed in the application of eyeshadow shades.

i.Using a fine, blunt-ended brush, gently apply the base colour to the entire lid from the inside to the outside corner and from the base of the lashes to the eyelid crease.

ii.If the eyes need extra definition, a deeper shade is blended into the crease line. This gives depth to the eyes.

iii.The brow bone is highlighted with a light shade. This gives the eyes a wide, open look. The colour is applied to the most prominent area and blended up towards the brow and down to where the contour curves down, toward the eyelid creases.

Before using them on the lids, always test the colours on the back of the hand to test the intensity. You can use even 3-4 colours, provided they are blended well.Remember pale tones emphasize, while deep sooty shades define.

2.Eye Liners:

Application Technique For The Liquid EyeLiner:

Test, on the back of your hand, the amount of pressure you should apply.Unless you are a real artist, it is best to steady your elbow on a flat surface.Work from the inside of the eye to the outside corner and keep the line light and even.If you stop at the corner of the eyes, the effect will be round and wide-eyed;if you continue the line and sweep it up and out, you would get a more exotic look. Finally smudge the edges with a cotton bud to soften them.

Application Technique For The Pencil Eyeliner:

Pencils can be used in the same manner to define or extend the shape of the eyes, but they give a softer, more natural line.Keep them sharpened and ready for use, as blunted or broken points can spoil the whole effect.
