How do I apply eye-liner on the lower lashes?

I apply pencil liner to the wet line but I want to apply in the lash line or underneath but it is hard because the eye liner doesn't come out smooth and my lashes get in the way of the liner and they break off. How do I apply it?How do I apply eye-liner on the lower lashes?
first of all you need to buy a good eyeliner. i love loreal eyeliners. they work great. then make sure your eyeliner is sharpened. use pencil eyeliners for botton lashes. start from the corner of eye where the nose is and drag it to the end. apply it on inner rim and not on your lashes.How do I apply eye-liner on the lower lashes?
Pull the lower lid down and apply the liner to the inside of the lower lid. Never apply to the actual lashes, it will come choppy looking.

you can buy a cream pencil eye-liner that is easy to apply.
Get an eyeliner brush and an eye pencil. Dab your brush on your pencil to get some color on it and brush it ON TOP of your lower lashes. Use more or less depending on your preference. Have fun!
if u do it on the rim of your eye it will look like its under your eye. it helps
get a clean pencil, and gently lower your lashes, pencil in the thin line right above them (the rim of your eye) and be careful not to poke yourself. If that makes you teary, lightly brush your lower eyelashes with a lengthening mascara for definition and color with out the clumps.

You shouldnt apply wet liner on the lower lashes its not going to come out nice. Try using a regular eye liner pencil and either do the line inside the eye or right underneath and blend it in a little with some eye shadow. Have fun with ur makeup try different things see what works and what u like most.
hmmm........ well, i use pencil and liquid liner for my dramatic eye look. first u use the pencil, u pull the lower lid down a little and apply the liner to the inside if the eye right above the lower lashes, but when u do it, make it go as close to the lashes as possible, in fact, if u can even go over your lashes. that should make it look like it is in your lashes. then as you blink the liner would probably come off of your inner eye, so you use liquid liner so it wont come off. i also use the pencil liner to line the inside of the top lid so the base of the lashes looks more full and thicker. then of course you set it off with mascara, but only put the mascara on the side lasher, the side away from from your other eye, this look is very dramatic!!! i love it and it looks sexy!
