Step 1. roll the tip of a freshly sharpend pencil between your fingertips. the heat from your fingers will soften the liner so it can glide across your skin in one snag-free stroke.


step 2. gently pull your eyelid out to the side so the skin is taut. then, looking down, draw from the inner to the outer corner of your top lid, staying as close to the lid as possible.


step 3. for more drama, line under your lower lashes.

Well you should do top and bottom because your eyes will look small. thin layer is what I believe in, but for more dramatic a a thinker line of eye liner. Eye shadow is usually light, medium, and then dark. It all depends on the look you are going for.
Apply the eyeliner in between the lashes not on the skin just past your lashes. Same thing with the top. With eye shadow I like to go lighter in towards the eye and put the darker of the two at the outer edge. But blend them where they meet. When you put the darker color even a light brown in toward your eye it can make you look like you have a black eye.

dont put it on the inside corner, put a silver there or something, and do black all black!!! mua ha ha ha~
pull the outer Conner of your eye toward your ear so that your lash line is straight start at the inner Conner and draw a line to the outer Conner. and then let go.
Depending on what type you use, revlon colorstay is a really good one, you can apply it in your eye for a dramatic look or around your eye to make your eyes look bigger. It stays on all day and does not really smear.
That's an easy questions .. i started to wear lots of make up now .. When putting on eye-liner it's best to apply to teh bottom of your eye insidie . it will shwo more. But it will depend on the eye-liner u user. eye shadow don't put to much cuz sometimes if u put to much teh extra powder will go on ur eye lashes
