How to apply eye liner to the inside of the bottom lid?

How do I apply eye liner/pencil to the bottom lid between the eye and the eye lashes? And do I use eye pencil or an automatic eye liner?How to apply eye liner to the inside of the bottom lid?
Hi...You should use a Kohl/Kajal pencil for application on waterline. (the area between the eye %26amp; eyelashes is called waterline).. Make sure you use a good brand eye pencil and it's creamy enough to easily glide through your waterline... Dont buy from the 2 dollar shops...Anything for application on your eyes especially for waterline should be of good quality. How to apply eye liner to the inside of the bottom lid?
Eye pencil is much, much better to use than any sort of liquid eyeliner. I hate that stuff, it always gets EVERYWHERE and it is not as convienent as some people make it out to be. I know this sounds really weird... but when I apply eyeliner in general, whether it be my upper lid or lower lid, I use a lighter to 'warm it up' a little, and its so much easier to apply. Of course you have to wait a few minutes for it to cool off, but it makes applying it a lot easier.
Eye pencil is always good, if you mean liquid eyeliner, try to avoid that because it can get into your eye and cause irritation. When you apply it, try holding the skin between your cheek and lower lid so that you pull down on it a bit, showing the area you want to line. then, very softly and carefully draw onto it, but don't press hard because it would waste the eyeliner anyways. If you're talking about the 'water-line' then you should use a kohl eyeliner pencil.

liquid should only be done on the outer line of the bottom lid and only done on the upper lid. (i've done this for like 2 years now, so you need some experience by learning off a kohl pencil).
You don't need to apply it there it can get into your eye, but if you do apply it follow the base of the eyelashes and don't run it to the corner of the eye, just 3/4 of the way.

I tried it, and it leaked into my eyeball and my whole eyeball was black, yeah scary but pretty gangsta. painfullness.
Take your Middle finger pull down your bottom lid down and then apply it
