i usually put it right on the actual lid not below the lashes...the best way to get it to stay on for a long time is to get a pencil one and heat it up just a little bit..not too much other wise you'll just end up with a big smudge but if you do it right it should work just fine.How do you apply eye liner without it smearing at the bottom ?
Put on powder first. Or you can use cover up to make it stay put. If using liquid, let dry completely before blinking, or use blow dryer.
